Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Gather and document client requirements.

Coordinate between clients and technical teams.

Support Agile practices and process improvements.

Generate leads, present demos, and handle client interactions.

Assist in negotiations and deal closures.

Skills Required:

Experience in lead generation, client handling, and demos.

Strong communication & analytical skills.

Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and SaaS products.

Proficiency in MS Office & documentation.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
