Business Development Manager

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify and qualify new business leads across various platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline of new prospects.
    • Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Conduct end-to-end sales conversations, including cold outreach, presentations, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
    • Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs and overcome objections.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Identify key target markets, industries, and potential customers for business growth.
    • Provide input on strategic sales initiatives, new products, or services.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales and lead generation efforts.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
    • Track and report on individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
    • Manage and maintain client relationships post-sale to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
