We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You will play a key role in designing workflows, automating processes, and ensuring smooth platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other relevant modules.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules.
- Develop custom modules and enhance existing ones based on business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using APIs, integration hubs, and web services.
- Maintain platform updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow issues or performance problems.
- Work closely with stakeholders and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation including solution design, workflows, and change logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST/SOAP API, and related scripting languages.
- Experience in building catalog items, workflows, UI pages, and custom applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request modules.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
