WebSenor is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in daily operations. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, employee engagement, and documentation in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain HR records, documents, and employee databases
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Communicate with candidates and employees professionally
- Help conduct employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in performance tracking and attendance management
- Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of HR basics (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Sheets) is an advantage
