HR Intern
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR records, policies, and databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide administrative support.
- Work on HR projects such as performance management, training, and diversity initiatives.
Requirements:
- Pursuing/completed MBA, PGDM, or a related HR program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR operations.
