Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Head, you’ll be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy across digital platforms. You’ll lead a team of marketers and creatives to increase visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid ads
• Lead content strategy, campaign planning, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, sales)
• Manage budgets, tools, and external agencies
• Analyze data and tweak strategies for optimal performance
• Stay on top of digital trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven leadership in developing and scaling digital campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and automation tools
• Experience in managing budgets and teams
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)
