Job Title: UI/UX Developer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with proven experience in designing intuitive, user-centred interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will hold the Salesforce UX Designer certification, have hands-on experience with Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing Salesforce-related design work.

Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize user interfaces for Salesforce applications (Lightning Experience, Experience Cloud, etc.)

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Ensure consistency with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

Salesforce UX Designer Certification (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on Salesforce platforms

Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping

Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Classic, Lightning UI/UX.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision or other related Tools.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
