Position: Telecaller (US Shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team at WebSenor for the US shift. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective US clients to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Convince and convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convince and influence customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, international BPO, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in night shifts (US business hours).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
