About the Role:
WebSenor is looking for a motivated Vendor Management Intern to support the Craft Shades project. The intern will assist in coordinating with vendors, managing product sourcing, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with existing and new vendors
Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation
Maintain vendor database and records
Follow up with vendors for orders, product availability, and delivery timelines
Support in sourcing new vendors and suppliers
Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills
