Job Role:
The Business Development Executive must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly. They should have a proactive, result-driven attitude and be comfortable interacting with clients and handling multiple business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track progress using CRM tools
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Participate in company initiatives and contribute to business strategy
