Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Role:

The Business Development Executive must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly. They should have a proactive, result-driven attitude and be comfortable interacting with clients and handling multiple business opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track progress using CRM tools
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Participate in company initiatives and contribute to business strategy
