Job Role:-
We are looking for a highly skilled Braze Technical Architect to join our Marketing Services Engineering team. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle Braze implementations, from discovery and solution design to deployment, ensuring scalable integrations across digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Braze implementations and architecture design
• Architect SDKs, tags, REST API integrations, and connectors
• Collaborate with clients during discovery and requirement gathering
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation and design
• Design and troubleshoot data flows between Braze and external platforms
• Enable cross-channel orchestration (Email, Push, SMS, In-app, Webhooks)
• Provide strategic guidance for marketing automation and customer engagement
• Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices across implementations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years in technical marketing or solutions architecture roles
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Braze implementation experience
• Strong expertise in Braze Canvas, segmentation, personalization, and Liquid
• Experience integrating Braze using REST APIs and SDKs
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data modelling
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Braze Certified Technical Architect (Strongly Preferred)
• Experience with Google BigQuery, HighTouch, and CDPs
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with data visualization tools
