Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections smoothly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client details using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, or conferences to represent the company and expand market reach.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in [industry-specific sector, e.g., IT, SaaS, FMCG, Real Estate, etc.].
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools or platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
