We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in client communication, lead generation, sales strategy, and market research. You will work closely with the Business Development team to support growth initiatives and help drive new business opportunities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through online research and lead generation.
- Support the team in reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competition.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
- Help create proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project execution and client requirements.
- Contribute ideas to improve business development strategies.
🔹 Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to research and analyze data effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Experience in cold calling or client interaction (optional).
