Business Development Manager
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business leads across various platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline of new prospects.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Conduct end-to-end sales conversations, including cold outreach, presentations, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs and overcome objections.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Identify key target markets, industries, and potential customers for business growth.
- Provide input on strategic sales initiatives, new products, or services.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales and lead generation efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Track and report on individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain client relationships post-sale to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
