Business Development Manager
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business leads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including cold outreach, presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalizing deals.
Create customized sales pitches and proposals based on client needs and challenges.
Foster strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Identify high-potential markets, industries, and customer segments to drive growth.
Contribute insights toward strategic initiatives, including new products or service offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in lead generation and sales efforts.
Provide timely reports and updates on lead status, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Monitor and report on individual and team sales performance to achieve targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Oversee smooth onboarding of new clients and offer consistent support post-sale.
Nurture ongoing client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
