Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations—from recruitment to employee engagement. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the full spectrum of HR functions while working in a friendly and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support HR documentation, onboarding, and employee record management
- Create and post job descriptions across platforms
- Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations
- Help maintain HR databases, attendance, and reporting
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations
- Support in performance review cycles and policy implementation
