- Assist HRBPs in coordinating HR initiatives and strategic projects
- Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions
- Work on HR dashboards, reports, and analytics
- Participate in policy reviews, compliance checks, and audits
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee queries in coordination with relevant HR teams
- Conduct research and prepare presentations on HR best practices
