🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBPs in coordinating HR initiatives and strategic projects
  • Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and feedback sessions
  • Work on HR dashboards, reports, and analytics
  • Participate in policy reviews, compliance checks, and audits
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Address employee queries in coordination with relevant HR teams
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations on HR best practices
