Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js & Express.js.
• Design interactive UI components with React.js and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Optimize MongoDB database design and ensure efficient data handling.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
• Implement authentication & authorization using JWT/OAuth.
• Work with version control systems like Git, GitHub/GitLab.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders for project success.
• Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in MERN development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React.js.
✅ Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and backend development.
✅ Strong understanding of MongoDB, Mongoose, and NoSQL database design.
✅ Experience with API development & integration.
✅ Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).
✅ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps concepts.
✅ Understanding of security practices & authentication mechanisms.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Firebase.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets.
