The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building high-quality user interfaces, implementing reusable components, and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless, performance-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
Convert UI/UX wireframes and designs into clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning.
Ensure consistent branding, design, and technical standards across all UI elements.
Stay updated with the latest React.js best practices, tools, and technologies.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver timely product updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience as a React JS Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux/Context API, and TypeScript (optional).
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
Understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for UI.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
