We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating workflows, automating processes, and enhancing IT service management capabilities. You will work closely with IT and business teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet organizational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
• Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNow’s scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.).
• Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and train foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages and improve co-pilot performance.
Job Requirements:
Tech Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide Script.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.
