Job Role:-
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, HRSD, SAM Pro, and ITSM modules.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement ServiceNow architecture solutions
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and integration
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance
• Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and scalability
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards
• Support deployment and platform enhancements
• Collaborate with development and support teams
Key Skills (Mandatory)
• ServiceNow Architecture
• HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)
• SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional)
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Preferred Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
