Job Role:-
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Technical Lead responsible for overall implementation and delivery of projects and programs. The candidate will oversee technical delivery, supervise development teams, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology deliverables.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in web development, cloud integrations, data engineering, and AWS-based architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end project implementation and delivery
• Liaise with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Design data extraction and transformation logic using ETL/ELT technologies
• Supervise and mentor development teams and vendors
• Ensure timely execution of data pipelines and transformations
• Design and implement data quality metrics and monitoring
• Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements
• Drive collaborative reviews of design, code, and test plans
• Deliver actionable insights using data-driven approaches
Technical Skills Required
• Web development with JavaScript frameworks
• Cloud integrations and security
• ECS / EKS, API Gateway, Route53 / F5, VPC / ELB
• REST / SOAP frameworks
• Airflow, Glue, Lambda, Redshift
• Node.js / Python
Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing and ETL/ELT solutions
• Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and data ingestion frameworks
• Experience with batch-based data delivery (CSV, ODBC, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, CI/CD tools (TravisCI)
• Strong experience in Python, Airflow, AWS services (API Gateway, SNS, SQS, Lambda)
• Understanding of Lambda and Kappa architecture
• Experience working with large-scale data lakes and warehouses
• Strong SQL skills and database experience (Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Proven experience managing development teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS Data Wrangler, AWS EMR, SageMaker
• Experience in enterprise-level data engineering environments
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
