Position(s): BD Intern / Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience Required: 1 – 5 years (for BDE / BDM); Interns with good potential also welcome.
Key Responsibilities (depending on level)
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads in the IT sector
- Engage with potential clients; understand their needs; pitch customized IT / software / solution‑based offerings
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, close sales
- Maintain and update sales pipeline via CRM tools
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution quality
- For BDM: set targets, manage key accounts, mentor/guide junior BD team members, conduct market research and competitive analysis
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Engineering or related field)
- 1‑5 years’ experience in sales / business development in the IT / software / digital services space
- Who expertise in IT sales – proven ability to understand IT products/services and sell them effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets (for Exec / Manager roles)
- Comfortable working on site in Gurgaon, meeting deadlines and targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot etc.)
- Professional manner, high integrity, self‑motivated, ability to work in fast‑paced environment
