Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller with excellent English communication skills to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and providing information about our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while communicating with clients.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
