Job Summary:
WebSenor is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling audits
- Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations
- Good communication and coordination skills
