Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Android Native Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and backend development—to create seamless, high-performance apps that offer a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain robust Android applications using native development tools.
Collaborate: Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize Performance: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure smooth app operation.
Integrate APIs: Connect with RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance app functionality.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and implement best practices.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Android development trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve development processes.
Testing: Develop and execute unit and UI tests to ensure product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
Development Tools: Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and Android SDK.
UI/UX Principles: Deep understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Problem Solving: Excellent debugging skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
APIs & Libraries: Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and frameworks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
