About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team at WebSenor. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and other core HR functions while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update HR databases and records
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives
- Handle basic HR documentation and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
