About the role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven HubSpot Developer (CRM) to support and enhance our sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement HubSpot Developer (CRM):
- Develop custom solutions within HubSpot to streamline sales pipeline management.
- Set up and maintain deal stages, sales processes, and task automation for the sales team.
- Implement tools for lead scoring, assignment, and follow-up prioritization.
- Build workflows to automate repetitive sales tasks, including email sequences and reminders.
- Create dashboards and reports for tracking sales performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity).
Marketing Automation:
- Design and optimize marketing workflows for lead nurturing, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Develop landing pages, email templates, and forms to capture and qualify leads.
- Set up and monitor A/B tests for campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and CRM for better data tracking.
- Configure segmentation strategies to target the right audiences for personalized marketing.
Data Management & Insights:
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Create detailed analytics dashboards for tracking marketing and sales KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, ROIs).
- Ensure accurate tracking of marketing sources to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement real-time syncing between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Salesforce).

What you'll do
- Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
- Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
- Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
