Key Responsibilities for Human Resource Internship:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Help coordinate and conduct onbo
- arding sessions for new hires, ensuring they complete all necessary paperwork and understand company policies.
- Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date, and help with HR filing and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, including surveys, feedback collection, and event planning.
- Training & Development: Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops, preparing materials, and tracking employee participation.
- HR Administration: Help with day-to-day HR operations, including preparing reports, updating HR databases, and responding to HR-related queries.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee concerns, helping with internal communications, and supporting HR in conflict resolution activities.
- Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring that HR policies are in compliance with labor laws and regulations and help update or communicate company policies as needed.

What you'll do
- Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
- Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
- Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
