About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical SMM Specialist (Google Ads and Meta Ads) with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, drive conversions, and improve overall ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, conversion rates, and reduce CPA.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B test variations to improve performance.
  • Set up tracking using Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and overall campaign delivery.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights.
  • Work closely with the social media and creative teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Ensure all ad campaigns follow platform policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup, and UTM tracking.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in budgeting, campaign scaling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and ad creative direction skills.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel structure.
