Summary of Position:
We are looking for an AI/ML AI/ML Developer Solution Architect with experience in building and deploying AI solutions. Strong background in AI agent frameworks and hands-on implementation of LLMs and data science methodologies is required.
Requirements
6+ years of total experience, with 2+ years hands-on experience in AI solution implementation.
Proven expertise in fine-tuning small language models.
Proficiency in AI agent frameworks (Autogen, Langflow, OpenAI Swarm).
Strong understanding of LLMs, enterprise data architecture, and AWS ecosystem.
Experience collaborating across teams to optimize workflows.
Ability to lead AI projects from concept to deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience setting up in-house AI models.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster innovation.
Research experience in AI trends and tools.
