We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement secure blockchain-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with blockchain architecture, smart contract development, decentralized applications (dApps), and cryptographic protocols. You will work closely with our technical team to build innovative blockchain solutions that ensure performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized networks, and Web3 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain languages.
• Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, or other blockchain platforms.
• Knowledge of Node.js, React.js, or similar frameworks for building dApps.
• Experience working with IPFS, Metamask, Hardhat, Truffle, or similar tools.
• Understanding of cryptographic principles including hashing, encryption, and digital signatures.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git/version control and Agile development practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

What you'll do

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
