We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our sales and client acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business strategy.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)
• Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships

💻 Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and business development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

What you'll do

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
