Job Role:-
The DevOps Engineer will support a digital ecosystem consisting of MDM, CRM, and eCommerce platforms used by customers, suppliers, and employees. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building scalable cloud infrastructure, and enabling reliable deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Support integration across MDM, CRM, and eCommerce platforms
- Implement monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Ensure security, compliance, and DevSecOps practices
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform/ARM templates
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams
- Monitor system performance and improve reliability
- Participate in deployments, release planning, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud (Mandatory)
- Expertise in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience working with enterprise systems (CRM, MDM, eCommerce)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of APIs, networking, and security
- Strong Azure and ETL experience is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B eCommerce ecosystems
- Event-driven architecture experience (Kafka, Service Bus)
- Microservices and data pipeline experience
- DevSecOps exposure

What you'll do
- Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
- Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
- Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
