We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy, manage marketing campaigns, and drive measurable growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, paid ads, and analytics. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and performance optimization.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, SMM, Email Marketing, and Content Strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and content planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, generate reports, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including content writers, designers, and developers.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Position: Digital Marketing Manager
  • Experience Required: 3–7+ years in digital marketing
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
    • Manage SEO strategy and improve organic search performance.
    • Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Oversee content creation, branding, and social media engagement.
    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to achieve marketing goals.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
  • Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
  • Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
