About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes within a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding activities such as documentation and orientation coordination
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes
- Support HR operations including attendance and leave tracking
- Assist in policy documentation and HR reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
- Eagerness to learn and ability to multitask
- Available for full-time internship (on-site)

What you'll do
- Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
- Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
- Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.

- Clear communication, ownership mindset and ability to work with global clients.
- Comfort with delivery discipline: estimation, reviews, testing, documentation and release readiness.
