We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support our e-commerce operations and gain hands-on experience in online business, product management, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.

Job Summary

As an E-Commerce Intern, you will assist the team in managing online products, updating product listings, monitoring orders, conducting market research, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Sales, and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Add and update product names, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and other details.
• Monitor product availability, inventory, pricing, and product status.
• Assist with order processing and tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, products, inventory, and customer requirements.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, sales, and customer engagement.
• Assist in improving product titles, descriptions, keywords, and overall listings.
• Support promotional campaigns, offers, and online sales activities.
• Assist with basic SEO and keyword research for product listings.
• Track and maintain e-commerce data and prepare basic reports.
• Help identify and resolve product listing or order-related issues.
• Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and queries and coordinate with the relevant team.
• Support the team in day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new e-commerce tools and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO will be an advantage.

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
