About the Role

WebSenor is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about our services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain WebSenor’s products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule meetings or connect interested prospects with the relevant sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

What you'll do

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
