About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development of an AI-driven enterprise platform used in insurance and operations.

This is a founding role where you will define the roadmap, work closely with clients, and guide the product to deliver high-quality AI-generated insights that business leaders can trust.

Key Responsibilities

A. Roadmap & Prioritization

  • Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering
  • Translate client feedback into clear product requirements
  • Make strong prioritization decisions balancing business and technical needs
  • Identify product gaps and drive adoption strategies

B. Customer Engagement

  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead feedback sessions, deployment reviews, and escalations
  • Translate business needs into actionable product features
  • Ensure outputs are clear and valuable for executive users

C. AI Product Development

  • Guide development of AI agent capabilities and outputs
  • Define what “good” AI output looks like before client delivery
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure output quality and reliability
  • Evaluate new LLM capabilities and integrations

D. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with engineering, QA, and solutions teams
  • Support Agile product delivery and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in insurance, insurtech, or regulated industries (finance/healthcare)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms or CRM/workflow tools
  • Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in AI/ML-driven products
  • Exposure to early-stage startups or founding roles
  • Familiarity with data platforms, integrations, or automation tools
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and deployment teams

What you'll do

  • Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
  • Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
  • Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
