About the Internship

WebSenor is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, content optimization, website analysis, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and build a career in SEO and digital marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Support on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, title optimization, URL structure, and content optimization.
• Help with off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and directory submissions.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools.
• Assist in preparing SEO reports and tracking keyword rankings.
• Work with content writers to optimize website content for search engines.
• Perform website audits and identify areas for SEO improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Search, Google Trends, and keyword research techniques.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz.
• Basic knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
