This internship offers hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to build brand awareness and audience engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages as required.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop marketing campaigns.
- Support influencer outreach and community engagement activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative thinking with strong content writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics is an added advantage.
What you'll do
- Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
- Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
- Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.
