Roles & Responsibilities HR Internship:
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and training processes for new hires.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements for HR Internship:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions.
