About the role

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (GD) Intern to join our Design team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to work on real-world design projects, enhance your creative skills, and gain hands-on experience in creating digital and print marketing assets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and other marketing creatives.
  • Create graphics for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Assist in developing branding materials and visual identity assets.
  • Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and marketing visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to create engaging creatives.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Support video thumbnail creation and basic motion graphics (if applicable).
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and creative tools.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Passion for visual storytelling and creative design.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and techniques.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
  • Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
  • Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.

  • Clear communication, ownership mindset and ability to work with global clients.
  • Comfort with delivery discipline: estimation, reviews, testing, documentation and release readiness.
