Assist in Order Processing and ensure timely execution.

Support Inventory Management by maintaining accurate stock records.

Handle Customer Queries and provide prompt assistance.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.

Maintain reports and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Order Processing, Inventory Management, and Customer Handling.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

What you'll do

• Own delivery for client-facing web, mobile, AI, cloud or digital transformation work based on the role.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA and client stakeholders through discovery, build, launch and support.
• Write clear documentation, communicate risks early and keep delivery quality high.
• Contribute to reusable engineering practices, reviews and mentoring inside the WebSenor team.

• Comfort with delivery discipline: estimation, reviews, testing, documentation and release readiness.

About the team
